The channels highlighted on the rotating billboard are active promotions of casts that happen on Vaughn Live. The terms and condition are evolving as the site grows. Not all billboards sent will be added to the rotating billboard.

1) 720x360 2) JPEG format 3) Date/Time of your show 4) Include Central, Pacific and Eastern time zones 5) No pixelated imaging 6) Aspect ratio of image must be in tact (aka no squished images to fit the above dimensions) 7) Must own rights/have permission to use image 8) Keep image content clean (nothing sexually explicit, no curse words, although cussing on the show is allowed) 9) A billboard cannot be used to harass others. 10) No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the rotating billboard 11) Cannot link to external sites 12) Upload to http://imgur.com and email the link of the image to [email protected]
